    With some of the staff that work here if by some stroke of luck get your full order you might aswell go play the national lottery as it’s an impossible task for the staff to not miss out a part of an order especially when there’s the big total of items that require packingDo yourself a favour and order somewhere else, cook at home and if you are that desperate just go without as if you do decide to order from here you are most likely going to end up disappointed whether it be the food not turning up, missed items all while being overpriced. Usually you know what you are getting with McDonald’s however this place somehow manages to set the bar much lower

    It’s my girlfriends birthday and she’s crying now because they can’t get a simple order right, not one item was right and she can’t have the cheese so now we’re having to go without any food as everywhere was closed by the time we got our food, didn’t get drinks we ordered and we received £ worth of goods from a £ order I know you don’t need many qualifications for maccies but simple equations can show you that the order is not right unless the staff enjoy upsetting people and thought it would be funny to send the wrong stuff, even the delivery driver asked if it was correct as he noticed no drinks and they told him it was, hopefully whoever choose to do this finds this message and understand they’ve upset a young girl on her birthday and left her hungry because there staff is too incompetent to get simple instructions right, not one itemDietary restrictions: Just don’t order from maccies they can’t not wack cheese on everything or just fuck up the whole order in general

    See now the problem with this restaurant is they get the orders wrong % of the time. I'm sick and tired of ordering through the McDonald's App just to receive missing items. And they I have to call support which would be a coin flip if they want to refund me or say nah not today.I work in hospitality and it's really not hard to just double check the bag/order before it gets sent out like come on.Just do better please it's as simple as that and then maybe I won't get so annoyed.

    The Sausage Egg McMuffin has changed. That was my go-to meal here. No more. I think the muffin is smaller or something not as I remember. The pancakes were good but the plastic knife can't cut them. Lucky for me I had my trusty just legal knife with me. That did the trick even though I did get some odd looks from some of the customers. The PG Tips tea went down a treat.
